Before we talk, do three things:

  • Watch the video above. Three minutes, covers everything.
  • Have your Revenue Recovery Report handy. We'll use it as the starting point and upgrade it to your real numbers together.
  • Know your way to your store's dashboard. Total customers, average order value, repeat rate. Ballparks are fine; your dashboard is better.

What happens on the call: We pull up your store's numbers together, do the recovery math live, and make one honest decision: fit, or not. If it's a fit and you want to move, we can complete the agreement and onboarding on the same call. Your campaign enters production the next morning, and your mail is out the door within the week. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you plainly and point you at what to build first.
